I like to do pure technical work.

I don't like to be a leader. I think that means complexity. I like simpleness.

I like technical work

I like to do no work

I'd like to do technical work or research work, working with the instrument is esaier than working with the people.But sometimes we must get up for more gains,so now I am a team leader.The most difference of these two kinds of job is emotion.Nothing makes the instrument angry.

It is a difficult question. If I have the ability to control my work, the higher positions are the better choices. Pure technical work would be relaxations and funs for me, however, we should not stay at this stage. When you have the ability to benefit others, please try more responsibility. New positions maybe bring more pains, however, brandnew experiences will contribute more to your life and career.
