最近挪威的pohs提案中又增加了四种物质，暂时也没看到英文原版。

"Chap x. Hazardous substances in consumer products
I. Prohibition on certain hazardous substances in consumer products
Section x-1. Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to limit the harmful effects on human health and the
environment from consumer products, as well as to limit the content of hazardous substances
in waste.
Section x-2. Scope
For consumer products, this chapter shall take precedence to other provisions in these
regulations, unless indicated to the contrary in this chapter.
The chapter does not apply to food products, food packaging, fertilizers, medical
equipment and tobacco, as well as means of transport, permanently mounted equipment for
means of transport and tyres and similar accessories for means of transport.
Section x-3. Definitions
By the term consumer product is meant any product that is intended for consumers or that
can reasonably be expected to be used by consumers, in line with the definition in section 2a
of the Norwegian Act of 11 June 1976 No. 79 relating to the control of products and
consumer services (the Product Control Act). "

"Section x-4. Prohibition on consumer products that contain certain hazardous substances
It is prohibited to produce, import, export or sell consumer products that contain
substances in the table below when the content of the substance in the product's homogeneous
component parts are greater or equal to the limiting values specified in the table.

暂时没找到官方链接，是个提案，计划2008年生效，但因为没有通过表决，目前还不确定什么时候生效
