weee 遇到电池指令 垃圾桶标志该怎么体现

如配电池的手机，电池和手机壳上会分别打，说明两者都是不能随意丢弃在垃圾桶。

比如直接带的是不可拆卸的电池芯的那种呢？别人一般电池芯都没包装的。上面没办法打标志呢？ 那么光凭借一个外壳上的垃圾桶标志。该判断他是做了哪个指令？

这种情况是没碰到过，能举个例子是哪个产品吗？

个人理解从外壳垃圾桶标志，可以说明是做过WEEE指令；
至于电池芯没有标识，按理说，有害物质要求应该也是符合电池指令的。

楼主最终是如何处理的呢？

（18） 电池和蓄电池能够以建立在2002/96/EC指令基础上的内部电池收集方案或与废弃电子电气设备一起的方式来进行个别回收。在接下来的情况里，作为一个最小的法规处置要求，电池和蓄电池应该从收集的废弃电子电气设备取出。当被从废弃电子电气设备取出后，电池和蓄电池就应按照本指令要求进行管制，特别是在完成收集目标和服从再循环要求方面。Batteries and accumulators can be collected individually, by way of national battery collection schemes or together with waste electrical and electronic equipment, by way of national collection schemes set up on the basis of Directive 2002/96/EC. In the latter case, as an obligatory minimum treatment requirement, batteries and accumulators should be removed from the collected waste electrical and electronic equipment. After their removal from the waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators are subject to the requirements of this Directive, notably they count for achieving the collection target and are subject to recycling requirements.
Where the size of the battery, accumulator or battery pack is such that the symbol would be smaller than 0,5 × 0,5 cm, the battery, accumulator or battery pack need not be marked but a symbol measuring at least 1 × 1 cm shall be printed on the packaging.
暂时跟客户沟通的是，电池上打不了就只能在包装上打2个垃圾桶了。 暂时还没找到更好的办法。

没听说过打2个垃圾桶标识的，你可以打一个，在说明书解释标识那里说明啊，一般的说明书里面不是都会有说明的么。而且不可拆卸的电池上也可以打标识的啊，你电池在没装到产品里面之前不是也要单独生产的么，生产完打上标识再组装到产品里面去就可以啦。像苹果手机里面电池就是不可拆卸的，可是人家里面电池上也是有标识的呀！我这也只是常规理解，我没有细查有哪个法规明确指出的。仅供参考。

我也觉得产品和电池上都要分别打上，WEEE里面明确说了，电子产品里面的电池需要预先取出按电池指令要求处理，其它部件按WEEE处理。
