Enable LSAG digital initiatives and core workflow innovation & commercialization by aligning and fit in China regulation, local digital technologies, & customer behaviors ? Designs and implements marketing strategies for specific local solutions (such as small hardware add-on, software add-on) to establish, enhance or distinguish solutions within the competitive area ? Interfaces with R&D, Marketing, Quality functions across LSAG divisions, plus China Solution Center, ATS OFS, and G. China field organization to develop local digital solution and to ensure smooth introduction ? Manages solution offerings through the entire product life cycle ? Conducts competitive analysis to determine solution positioning, market segmentation, channel mix, pricing, volume, product service/support strategy and identifies customer needs ? May conduct product/solution planning, including the following responsibilities: Develops product definitions and solution plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share ? Evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and in-depth understanding of targeted markets, market trends, automation trends, customer business issues, and the competitive environment ? Uses knowledge of company products, applications and processes to define local digital solution strategies and identify solution opportunities ? Collaborates with customers and/or third parties to define local digital solution requirements for existing products via SDK/API ? Works closely with G China field, CSC to create local digital solutions and validates early solution definitions with customers
QUALIFICATION ? Bachelors, Masters or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a Life Sciences related field or equivalent experience. ? 7+ year's relevant experience in product management or commercialization. ? Experience with Agilent instrumentation and Software on relevant field ? May have Experience with Customer E/E Workflows and Application specific knowledge ? Experience or knowledge for Automation, system integration ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English ? In-depth knowledge for Product Life Cycle Management ? In-depth knowledge for China digital policy, data sovereign regulation ? In-depth knowledge for customer digital behavior Comfortable for product instruction and commercialization
