Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities - Supplier selection and local sourcing strategy setting for service parts. - Understand local service parts inventory and implementation of procurement processes. - Responsible for signing and management of general purchasing conditions agreement, frame contract with suppliers. - Lead the tasks of auditing, evaluating new supplier and existing suppliers with other departments together, also the supplier management at daily works. - Supplier quality, service, relationships and performance to agreed cost base as appropriate. - Contracting, contract management, and risk assessment. - Monitor supplier’s performance and support supplier to make improvement. - Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management. - 负责服务备件的供应商选择、制定本地采购策略。 - 了解本地服务备件的库存和采购流程的实施。 - 负责与供应商签订和管理一般采购条件协议、框架合同。 - 与其他部门一起进行审核、评估新供应商和现有供应商的工作,负责日常工作中的供应商管理。 - 保证供应商的质量、服务、关系和业绩满足商定的成本基础。 - 签订合同,合同管理,进行风险评估。 - 监测供应商的表现,协助供应商做出改进。 - 完成管理层分配的其他任务或项目。
