一个叫保持时间，一个叫保留时间

什么叫保持时间呢？

可是测定是怎么测定的呢？

甲烷为惰性物质，常用作测定柱死时间也是就滞留时间，即hold up time，简单的说，就是过柱时间，而retention time 是从注射到出峰时间，它包括这个hold up time,我们一般用的是矫正保留时间，adjusted retention time，就是retention time 减去hold up time

Retention Time (tR)
The time between injection and the appearance of the peak maximum.
