Agree. The original is ambiguous. “Food” may imply food logistics (purchase, transportation, storage etc.), business, science, engineering...
The word 专业 needs not be translated. The terms 医学专业英语, 工程专业英语 etc. are commonly used in Chinese; but in English, they are always simply expressed as English for Medicine, English for Engineering.
Perhaps, it is due to classifying the English into several categories when we learn English, such as 日用英语 (English for traveling, English for social activities ...) and 专业英语 (English for Medicine, English for Engineering…)
My suggestion:
English for Food ?
If the original has 副题, then translate the 副题

Yes, why not, I read the term “Business English”.
However, “English for XXX” seems more common and it also depends on the traditional usage (for example, I prefer “Legal English” and “English for Law” rather than “English for Legal” and “Law English”.
