Column conditions : Carbopak B (60/80mesh) coated with 1% SP-1000 packed in a 6 ft by 0.1 in.ID glass column with helium carrier gas at 30mL/min flow rate. Column temperature held at 45℃for three minutes , then programmed at 8℃/min. to 220℃ and held for 15 minutes.
