在关于药品的文件中，specification一般是指质量标准，strength才是规格，而且满足预定规格也说不通，应该是满足预定的质量标准才对。其它的理解是对的，只是表达有点不顺畅。建议将最后一句改为：证明Gemcitabine的制造工艺稳定、可靠（consistent意思是一致的，这里指所生产的每批原料药都质量相当，不会出现含量忽高忽低等情况），所生产的原料药符合预定质量标准。（API最好翻译成原料药，因为其中有个pharmaceutical。）

operating parameters在这里就是process parameters，还是翻译为“工艺参数”好。

during the development of the process建议意译为“在工艺研究中”。因为所有的工艺参数都是在工艺研究中确定的，这里的development其实就是research。

impurity profile其实是杂质概况的意思，是对存在于一种原料药中的已知和未知杂质的描述。需要分析原料中的杂质、工艺中引入的杂质、原料药降解后可能产生的杂质等，要鉴定结构、检测含量等。
