试验只包括结束期吗？？难道不是给药期和恢复期吗？
为什么不是低剂量组，中剂量组和高剂量组？
雌2只雄1只，雄1只雌2只，这个有什么区别？。

你前面总共只用了3只动物，病理检查哪来24只？

这个翻译太专业了，不敢乱翻。对这种术语我不太懂，在我们公司这种都是医学部的同事翻译，而且他们也要查词典的。建议你去下载一个“新编全医药学大词典”。

那个词典倒是不大需要翻译的。最重要的是楼主要先理解这个实验。

狗分雌雄，（也有公狗和母狗之分），但也有阉割的公狗或母狗，在研究的时候表现可能不同。其实楼主的试验动物的年龄和品种要细化些。这对结果也有影响的。题外话了。
