问题：在药品说明书上出现的label claim一词，中文怎么表达？急求！请各位英语高手帮个忙！！！
问题补充：就只有Label Claim一词，不是一句话里的。

答案：没有什么好争议的，label claim
就是【商标索赔】的意思。
记得在前几年的新闻里，德州扒鸡争夺地名商标索赔150万
还有像05年国美电器遭索赔1200万元商标使用费，这些都是商标索赔。
在英文里的用词就是；“LABEL CLAIM”

其实在药品说明书、包装、标签或质量标准里，label claim （LC）就是“标示量”（ruojun老师说的“标示值”意思上是对的，只不过按照中国药典，最规范的提法是“标示量”）。“标示量”是指药物制剂中主成分的量（注：仅仅指量，不包括理化性质、药理药效等），即药物的规格。如：规格为100 mg的阿司匹林片，它的标示量就是100 mg。在实际生产过程中，每批药物中主成分的含量都可能不同，不可能每批含量都是100％；而如果每批药物的说明书和包装标签上都注明实际含量，那成本是很高的。而且同一批药物中每一片的含量也会有轻微差异，最后写在分析报告上的只不过是平均值。从这一点来说，注明实际含量也没有意义。因此，只要在质量标准中制定一个含量范围，保证在这个含量范围内的药物安全有效就可以了。若实际含量低于含量范围的最低值，则药物的有效性得不到保证；若实际含量高于含量范围的最高值，则药物的安全性可能出现问题，所以一定要制定一个含量范围。目前西药的含量有上限和下限，中药只有下限，这是不科学的。

“标示量”还可以写作: label amount, prescribed amount, stated amount。label amount多见于中国药典和美国药典，prescribed amount和stated amount多见于英国药典。就我自己接触到的技术资料来看，还是label amount用得比较多，label claim用得较少。

药品说明书中的label claim跟商标毫无关系，“商标索赔”是想当然的说法。所以专业英语翻译一定要结合专业知识来考虑。

'Label claim' is defined in the Act as: 'in relation to wine goods, means a claim about their vintage, variety or geographical indication made on a wine label, in a commercial document or in an advertisement, and includes a claim so made about the vintage, variety or geographical indication of wine goods from which they were manufactured.' • Generic name wines, such as Moselle, Claret, Dry Red, Dry White etc., which make no reference in a label statement as to vintage, variety or geographical indication, are not considered 'label claim' wines. 是不是跟药品里面的也差不多？没有注意过药品说明书，不知道具体是怎么说的

是标示吧？药品的说明书或标签上写的规格。内容一般是含某种主药多少mg。

提供一句语言环境: These drugs contents were found to be in good agreement with the label claim values. ‘标签’标示量；[color=#DC143C]标称量[/color]；标称值我觉得“标称量”比较好，不知是否对？
