Generally speaking I almost don't have a cold if I stay in Shanghai.but I always have a cold if I return to my hometown, Xi'an. I may be accustomed to the weather of Shanghai now.

I do not often cold.

This year，one or two times. When I was in Shanghai, maybe similar or 3-4 times. Many people attribute the quality of air and water to the reason of frequently catching cold. As to me, this might be true, the sensitivity of body to the enviroment or food is another factor as well.

i have a cold twice or more in winter almost every year

I almost didn't catch a cold when I was in college.
But now,I catch a cold at least twice a year.
the reason may be that I have too little time to take part in physical training now.
