If I can't I will ask customer service engineer

Usually, call first consulting after engineers, is not really good will, door to door service service!

we usually check and repair it by ourself .if we can not resolve the problem and will call the instrument supplier.

I don't have the experience of using analytical equipment. But when my computer, mobilephone or other things have problems, I usually search in the internet to find the possible reason. Then ask the customer service staff or maintenance people to solve the problem.
