你用哪个方法？回收率低一般是氮吹或旋蒸时或过小柱有损失。

在日本的一齐法（类似于20769的方法）项目里没有查到双氟磺草胺florauslam，很可能它是用单独法检测的（一般来说提取净化方法都有显著的不同），所以20769的方法没有回收可能是正常的，因为检测方法不对，要查资料确认相关的检测方法再摸索才行。

For Mass-Spec (MS) compatible applications the phosphoric acid needs to be replaced with formic acid. Smaller 3 ?m particles columns available for fast UPLC applications.
