在岛津clss vp工作站中点下PDA灯的按钮屏幕就出现SPD-M10Avp system error.(FFFFC00C错误),同时PDA仪器面板上的Err灯也亮。但所有仪器均能良好开机自检。有时还会出现另一个错误提示：SPD-M10Avp A hardware connection has been established. The modules configured do not match the actual modules connected. Please check that all modules in the Class vp configuration are powered on and detected on the SCL configuarion screen. 不知怎么回事。急求帮助
