楼主请说明一下这是哪个专业的？RVMASTER标准机是什么？

我试着翻译一下,不一定准确,就当是起一个抛砖引玉的作用吧(欢迎大家多多拍砖）

I have a query on the original. Does the writer intend to write “允差: RVMASTER标准机读数与被校准仪器读数相差不得大于1.0”?

允差 : Tolerance

right.所谓相差，即容许相差
