talent,有点疑问：在2006/66/EC中好像没有对铅的限制，而在提供的资料中说铅超过40PPM要标签？在旧电池指令中也是铅超过4000PPM才超标啊

以下内容是2006/66/EC Article 21.3: Batteries, accumulators and button cells containing more than 0,0005 % mercury, more than 0,002 % cadmium or more than 0,004 % lead, shall be marked with the chemical symbol for the metal concerned: Hg, Cd or Pb. The symbol indicating the heavy metal content shall be printed beneath the symbol shown in Annex II and shall cover an area of at least onequarter the size of that symbol.

新的电池指令确实没有对铅进行限制，只是说铅含量超过40ppm就需要标签。

在老电池指令中，铅和镉都没有限制，但是镉含量超过250ppm或者铅超过4000ppm时就需要标签。（因此所谓的铅含量超过4000就超标是错误的理解）

请教才哥：
我有一个客户是一家玩具厂，他们在外面有购买纽扣电池（电池上没有2006/66/EC的回收标志，把电池装入了玩具中。
他想问一下他们玩具的包装上面是否要做2006/66/EC的回收标志

如果因面积所限，纽扣电池上无法标记的时候，可以在包装上作相关标记。

需要,不是因为电池,而是WEEE的logo!对于电池的部分,现在要求标记的只是含有超出允许量的有害物质!

请问楼主，我们的产品也有使用7号电池，如果目前库存产品有使用符合就电池指令的电池，但现在还未出口到欧盟，是否一定现在就要对电池进行更换，谢谢！
