Just searched with “Thermometer, standardized” as keyword,
for the range of use :
to the nearest 0.01°C: 而数字显示时, 修约至0.01°C.
standardized for the range of use to the nearest 0.01°C :
standardized for the range of use to the nearest 0.01°C :

Thermocouple (热电偶) is one kind of thermometer. I found that “ASTM E 230-1998 Standard Specification and Temperature-Electromotive Force (EMF) Tables for Standardized Thermocouples” is translated as “ASTM E 230-1998 标准化热电偶用温度电动势(EMF)图表”.
standardized for the range of use to the nearest 0.01°C
What is 标准化? I am not sure whether it is the process of setting up the temperature scale by means of interpolation between certain "fixed points", such as the triple point of water (0.01 degree C), the boiling point of water (100 degrees C) , etc.
I think that I should throughout review the basic knowledge of temperature

7.8.2 Initial Calibration
Before initial use, and at least once a year thereafter, each portable electronic thermometer shall be re-standardized in a laboratory or other qualified calibration facility. The thermometer shall be re-standardized by comparing it at three or more temperatures with either a National Bureau of Standards (NBS) (ICL note: NBS is now NIST) certified thermometer or an equivalent thermometer with accuracy traceable to the NBS in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. These standardization checks will ensure that accuracy is maintained within the limits given in Table 3.)
