• Push for Help—you can click the Push for Help button and Agilent experts automatically receive your contact information (operator name, problem description, preferred form of contact), instrument and system information, and real-time instrument status. You'll bypass the phone queue and we'll call you back with a solution within an hour.
Real-Time Collaboration—online collaboration lets Agilent experts diagnose and solve problems remotely as if we were standing right beside you, seeing what you see. With your permission, Agilent service specialists can even control your instruments remotely—a previously unattainable level of service.
果然与Connections insight差不多。都是remote的。Push for Help就和提交ihelp要求的功能一样。
