【原创】不确定度计算质疑

关于标准曲线的不确定度，一般不考虑标准溶液的不确定度。这是基于最小二乘法的原理。
The LS assumes that the uncertainties of the values of the abscissa are cosiderably smaller than the uncertainty on the values of the ordinate therefore the usual uncertainty calculation procedures for c0 only reflect the uncertainty in the absorbance and not the uncertainty of the calibration standards, nor the inevitable correlations induced by successive dilution from the same stock. In this case, however, the uncertainty of the calibration standards issufficiently small to be neglected.
