    播种时使用杀菌剂防治油菜黑胫病的评价

    看来楼主是搞油菜研究的了。这里的Blackle也有翻译成根朽病的。最近关于澳大利亚和加拿大双低油菜籽进口中国,要求进口时出具不含根朽病的植物检疫证书。根朽真菌到处有,中国油菜、白菜、萝卜等都可能存在。进口的油菜籽直接进入压榨厂不流入环境,应该能控制这种真菌的。
