三重四级杆没有过，知道的很少。请问楼主也检查一下有无泄漏？

从你的调谐看是。不是峰太窄就是峰太宽。基峰是219.是不是你的聚焦透镜有问题啊？

瓦里安的机器没有玩过，不知到跟安捷伦的调谐结果是否一样，看调谐结果，标样应该也是全氟三丁胺，安捷伦的要求的69,219,502的半峰宽在0.6左右。不知楼主的瓦里安是否也是这个要求。
清洗离子源之后，再安装时，线路接得对不对啊，紧不紧啊！
没有见到氧峰，不像是漏气。

是不是灯丝发射电流不足？或者是灯丝断了？

1 标准品是FC-43，大概还有三分之一；
2 目前仪器的真空度是2*e-7torr，瓦里安工程师要求5*e-6就可以做样，感觉这个真空度也可以；
3 灯丝做了硬件检测，没有问题；
4 各个透镜我拆下来好几遍，觉得哪儿没有接错啊，我是女生，已经用我的最大力气把该紧的地方都紧过了；
5 咨询工程师，工程师说有可能漏气，检查也没有什么漏气啊
6 现在唯一没有检查的是氦气，因为氦气现在剩下不多了，不知道会不会因为气体少了不纯了，导致自动调谐不过呢？

把你以前正常的调谐报告放一份上来看看。
是不是灵敏度比正常时低很多呢？清洗离子源时还动了些什么，比如灯丝的位置？能回忆起来吗？
从你的描述看，与调谐液，真空度，氦气可能关系不大。

灯丝的硬件检测是怎么检的？报告也发一下看看。请问您使用仪器多长时间了，离子源清洗过多少次了？
Q1中28太奇怪，峰位偏移很大，分辨也很差。
Q3中高质量端分辨很差，低质量端峰位偏移大。
