    我注意到朱严所罗列的专利号中包括5,597,734。

    以下是来自美国戴安公司(Dionex)的Small, Riviello 和Pohl 于1997年1月28日作为专利发明者注册美国专利号5,597,734时公开发表的观点。

    “不管怎么说,相对于填充床抑制器,膜抑制器存在许多缺点,如成本高、再生试剂泄露导致检测器背景高、需要外部补充再生溶液,而且事实上膜抑制器结构复杂并且用户不能自己维修。因此,更为有益的是朝着开发一个价格低、性能高的填充床抑器而去。”
    原文:
    “However, membrane suppressors also have certain disadvantages compared to packed bed suppressors such as cost, leakage of regenerant causing higher detector background, the requirement for an external supply of regenerant solution and the fact that membrane suppressors are complex and not user serviceable. Thus, it would be advantageous to develop an inexpensive, high performance packed bed suppressor approach.”

    我的理解是:戴安的专家实事求是地道出他们抑制器的致命缺点,并且客观第与瑞士万通的MSM抑制器(即填充床抑制器)作比较。

    我很不同意以上MIC先生的论调.专利是国际上衡量任何一个公司的创新水平和技术水平的最好的方法.否认这点太幼稚了.
    大家知道为何中国的很多行业落后,就是我们的创新意识比国外少.所以政府鼓励企业申请国际专利.且在国际上对专利有很严格的审核和法律制度.
    MIC的言论是"吃不到葡萄说葡萄酸".
    当然过去的确专利并不代表现在也是最先进的.所以公司会不断有新技术研发出来以代替老的专利技术.MIC提到的戴安公司1997年的专利应该就是如此(已经被更新的技术代替).

    万通在离子色谱技术上的专利很少只能说明其技术的先进性和创新性不行,只能跟着别人的技术走.它不象中国的企业可以不顾国际专利的限制而仿造最新专利技术.因为万通是瑞士企业不能违反知识产权保护国际公约,所以它只能仿制别人过期的专利技术,所以相对的将万通的离子色谱技术(如抑制器技术)一定比中国生产的还要落后.这一点大家可以从厦门生产的膜抑制技术上看到(万通只能生产落后的柱抑制器).

    以上观点只是本人客观的分析,请专家指正.

    专利可以说小至一个公司,大至一个国家科技水平的直接反映。万通这方面确实是差的很。中国最近正在搞的无线网络标准不正是说明了这一点吗?一流的厂商卖标准,二流的厂商卖技术,三流的厂商卖产品,不入流的厂商卖嘴皮子到处咬人。

    实际上随着中国进入WTO,对专利的保护和重视程度越来越高,而针对电解自再生抑制器而言,实际最早提出这个概念,并申请专利是中国的厦门大学(86年),但问题是当时只申请了中国专利没有申请美国或国际专利,而反过来戴安在申请了美国和国际及欧洲专利时,也没有申请中国专利,因此由于当年中国还没有进入WTO,当然戴安的这些专利在中国是不受保护的。

    针对膜型抑制和填充型抑制器,实际上戴安在这两种类型的抑制器都作过研究,从专利上可以看即有膜型抑制器也有填充型抑制器,通过反复比较,最终确定膜型抑制器更为理想。
    而仅仅凭98年上专利(实际申请日期还要早1到2年,至今已经过去了7~8年)上的句话,在今年色谱技术日新月异的今年,肯定不能说明问题。举个例子,如果说膜抑制器价格高的话,我们比较一下同样是电解抑制器(不需要再生液),目前商品化的有

    我终于明白了为何国产的抑制也是膜的?本来还以为中国人违反知识产权而仿造的,听朱老师分析原来是中国自己的技术。有机会买一个厦门大学的放在戴安的仪器上试试,如可以用不是又便宜了很多。没办法经费紧呀。
    我很同意膜抑制器的确是比柱抑制好的观点,而且实际的价格和使用成本比柱抑制要低很多。

    我看了一下万通的英文网站,他们的抑制器包用10年好象只是指一个柱切换伐,其他的没有啊,切换伐应该是不锈钢的吧,好象不容易坏吧。我觉得万通在中国以外的世界其他国家还是很正规的,什么都写清楚,怎么在中国就什么都写一半留一半,为什么?
