  • 刚做的数据有几个问题咨询一下各位高手:
    1。为什么新配置的标液Ca的空白强度比标线大这么多?
    2。做出来的标线Ca有3个9 ,这条线可以用来测样品吗?
    3。方法空白中Ca,Na,Si 都这么高导致QC(1ppm)不准,那这3种元素我还要扣方法空白吗?

    在“检查”那里打开数据之后不是有每条谱线吗?每条谱线中间都有一条黄色的竖线,黄色的竖线对准峰的最高处。下面基线有两个绿色的“十字”,两个十字位置也要扣好,就在峰的低端外沿就可以了,不要扣得太远。

    对于您这次实验来说,可以不扣空白,但是这也只能是亡羊补牢之计。长远来说肯定不能这样,空白肯定要比您的标样1低才对,所以在后续实验要注意避免污染。
