透射电镜（TEM）

这是我认为最为全面的学习TEM的教程，Eric Stach 在08年还在普渡的时候教授的这门材料学入门和高级电镜学课程。教程有视频+讲义+习题。MSE582是入门课程，MSE640是高级课程。主要是根据Williams&Carter的经典教材讲的, 非常全面。我现在还留着一份打好的讲义可以随时温故知新。
源文件都出自nanohub, 在iTune U中应该也有。

W&C的原版教材其实挺好懂的,读一遍会受益匪浅.这个教程也很不错,最好和视频一起看讲义.

nanohub上似乎少了几节课，特别是MSE640的中间，衍射的大部分课程都没有了，想请问下楼主有没有相关的资源呢
