  • The failed product will be reworked according to the established procedure. The workshop should handle the failed product in a timely manner. The equipment for rework procedures are not dedicated; they must be thoroughly cleaned before and after reworking process performed. The coding system of reworked batch is different as a normal one. The reworked product will be fully analyzed according to HCT releasing specification; it will be put into accelerated stability study program for six months before releasing. The reworked batch will not be shipped to the overseas market.

    There are several critical parameters for every step. And the specifications for all of the intermediates have been established respectively. Any production deviation will be investigated by the production dept. and QA dept. according to our procedure. These measures can assure the consistent production of appropriate quality.
    为了确认本公司生产的多西环素的分子结构,我们对多西环素成品做了元素分析,质谱,红外光谱,1H核磁共振,及13C核磁共振
    首先多西环素样品中C、H、N元素的含量及其理论含量见表1:

    由上表结果可知:多西环素样品的各元素的含量与理论计算值基本一致。
    在多西环素的13C谱中,只有N(CH3)2的两个C原子的化学环境一样,所以出现了21个C峰(在位移为40ppm处有溶剂DMSO的峰),其峰归属见表2:

    1H-NMR谱图中各峰的归属见表3:

    In order to confirm the structure of our product, the following analyses were carried out: elemental analysis, Mass, IR and NMR (1H and 13C) spectra. The result of elemental analysis on C, H, N showed that the experimental values were consistent with the theoretical value (Table 1). In 13C NMR, 21 peaks were observed which fit for the structure (Table 2). The assignment of 1H NMR is listed in Table 3.

    对于核磁谱描述的建议:
    1. 应给出谱仪的磁场, 例如氢谱: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 MHz? 相对应的碳谱: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 MHz?
    2. 化学位移给到小数点下两位, 例如 3.37 ppm
    3. 氢谱报导时最好加上氢数与耦合情况与归属, 例如 3.37 (1H, m, CH)
    4. 溶剂峰 (DMSO) 的出峰情形不必报导.
    5. 习惯上, 先报导氢谱, 再提碳谱.
