In order to confirm the structure of our product, the following analyses were carried out: elemental analysis, Mass, IR and NMR (1H and 13C) spectra. The result of elemental analysis on C, H, N showed that the experimental values were consistent with the theoretical value (Table 1). In 13C NMR, 21 peaks were observed which fit for the structure (Table 2). The assignment of 1H NMR is listed in Table 3.
对于核磁谱描述的建议:
1. 应给出谱仪的磁场, 例如氢谱: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 MHz? 相对应的碳谱: 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 MHz?
2. 化学位移给到小数点下两位, 例如 3.37 ppm
3. 氢谱报导时最好加上氢数与耦合情况与归属, 例如 3.37 (1H, m, CH)
4. 溶剂峰 (DMSO) 的出峰情形不必报导.
5. 习惯上, 先报导氢谱, 再提碳谱.
