The data sheet this design has first descried the working principle and structure characteristics of the tray column, followed by the lectotype of equipments, calculations of the technological design and mechanism design. At last, the manufacturing and installation of the tower was explained.
本次设计说明书首先介绍了板式塔的工作原理及结构特点。接着进行了设备的选型,工艺设计计算和机械设计计算。最后对塔设备的制造和安装作了相应的说明。

The processing power of the designed tower is 0.6 million tons per year,the working time is 8760 hours per year, the material is feeded at saturated gas phase, and specification of the product ( all in mol percent) distillate at top of the tower: 0.5%, distillate at the bottom of the tower: 0.5%. The valve tray, fragmented tray, signal overflow bow downcomer, and standard ellipsoidal head were selected in this design. The material of the tower body is 16MnR and the material of the mountain is Q235-A, and the strength of the wind load and earthquake loading have been checked. After manufacturing, the test of water pressure has been carried out.
本次设计的塔处理量为60万吨/年,每年工作时间为8760小时。The materials is fe进料状态为饱和汽相进料,产品质量指标(均为摩尔分率)为塔顶馏分: 0.5%,塔底馏分: 0.5%。本次设计选用浮阀塔盘,分块式塔盘,单溢流弓形降液管,标准椭圆形封头,塔体材料选用16MnR,裙座材料为Q235-A。中间还对风载荷以及地震载荷进行了强度校核。制作完成进行了水压试验。

The foundation of manufacturing, assembling, and acceptance of the tower in the this design are GB150-98 Steel Pressure Vessel, JB4710 steel tower vessel, Technical Regulation on design of tower by the chemical department, guideline for supervision of the safety technical on pressure vessel by the labor department
本设计主要依据GB150-1998《钢制压力容器》、JB4710《刚制塔式容器》、化工部CD130A4-85《塔设备设计规定》、以及劳动部《压力容器安全技术监察规程》进行制造、安装和验收。
