camphene hydrate具体是哪个油不知道。参考:
The chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaf of C. longepaniculatum were analyzed by the capillary gas chromatography. 26 Compounds have been identified by GLC & gc-MS/DS. These compounds were alpha-thujene, alpha-pinene, camphene, sabinene, beta-pinene, myrcene, alpha-phellandrene, alpha-terpinene, p-cymene, 1,8-cineole, delta-3-carene, beta-terpinene, 1,4-cineole, camphor, alpha-terpinolene, camphene hydrate, myrcenol, terpinen-4-ol, 1-alpha-terpineol, cis-piperitol, nerol, delta-elemene, humulene, cis-caryophyllene, gamma-elemene & iso-longifolene.
thymol methyl ether在许多精油里面有,
1 Essential oils of hairy roots and plant roots of Arnica montana L. were obtained by hydrodistillation with the yield of 0.60% and 0.40% of dry weight, respectively. Their constituents were identification using gc, gc/MS, (1)H- and (13)C-NMR. Fifty-six compounds were identified in both essential oils that consisted mainly of bifunctional thymol derivatives and sesquiterpene hydrocarbons. 10-Isobutyryloxy-8,9-didehydro-thymol isobutyrate and 10-isobutyryloxy-8,9-didehydro thymol methyl ether were the main components of both essential oils.
2 As a part of an investigation of natural antioxidants from Dalmatian aromatic plants in this paper the authors report a study of the antioxidant activity related to the chemical composition of savory free volatile compounds. Twenty one compounds were identified m the essential oil without fractionation representing 97.4% of the total oil. The major compound was phenolic monoterpene thymol (45.2%) Other important compounds were monoterpenic hydrocarbons p-cymene (6.4%) and gamma terpinene (5.9%) and oxygen containing compounds carvacrol methyl ether (5.8%) thymol methyl ether (5.1%) carvacrol (5.3%) geraniol (5.0%) and borneol (3.9%) The evaluation of antioxidant power was performed in vitro by the beta-carotene bleaching and thiobarbituric acid (TBA) methods As determined with both methods the total savory essential oil as well as different fractions or pure constituents containing hydroxyl group exhibited relatively strong antioxidant effect. The hydrocarbons when isolated as CH fraction showed the poorest effectiveness in spite the fact that this fraction contained gamma-terpinene, alpha- terpinene, p-cymene and terpinolene which previously were identified as potential antioxidants.
3 The essential oils of leaves and fine stems of five specimens of Lippia grandis collected at different places in the Amazon were analysed by gc-MS. These oils presented two distint(sic) chemical profiles. The percentage of the main identified compounds varied with the plant part, season time and collection site: thymol (19.3-69.7%), 1,8-cineole (22.2-56.0%), carvacrol (0.2-21.2%), (E)-nerolidol (0.8-21.1%), alpha-pinene (0.1-17.4%), p-cymene (4.0-14.0%), thymol methyl ether (1.0-14.0%) and beta-caryophyllene (0.7-12.1%). Based on the results, the authors believe to have at least two chemical varieties for Lippia grandis in the Amazon: The thymol and 1,8-cineole types.
