摘要：监测仪器是环境监测的生命，是环境监测的根本。仪器管理在环境监测工作中占有很大的重要性，所以怎样管理好仪器，怎么样让仪器在环境监测工作中更好的发挥作用，是我们一直需要学习和改进的地方。通过本文，我简单的介绍一下我们站在仪器管理方面所作的工作。

Abstract: Monitoring instruments are fundamental to environment monitoring and instrument management is of vital importance. Therefore, we should always learn and improve the way to manage instruments and to make better use of them. This paper presents a brief introduction to our work on instrument management.

不同行政级别的“县”都有其对应的词汇，不知道这里的“县”是什么行政级别？地级市下属的县？县级市下属的县？还是行政级别相当于地级市？

题外话：写作讲究清楚简练。正如经典教材”the Elements of Style”里面所说：“A sentence should contain no unnecessary words, a paragraph no unnecessary sentences, for the same reason that a drawing should have no unnecessary lines and a machine no unnecssary parts.”感觉楼主原文不够简练，“是环境监测的生命”和“是环境监测的根本”重复了。既然是摘要，更不应该啰嗦，建议删除。
