【求助】SiC的消解

个人感觉用氢氟酸，硝酸和双氧水比较合适。

至今还未发现碳化硅可以溶解掉。我也在寻找答案

Weigh 50 mg of the sample into the digestion vessel. Add 3ml of sulfuric acid,1.5ml of nitric acid and 1.5ml of hydrofluoric acid. Close the vessel and heatin the microwave oven with the following program.

Reagents HNO3 65%
HF 40%
H2SO4 98%
