以我的理解,as-is应该是“原样”的意思,参考6楼的那段话,我认为它是与dried、anhydrous、free base、ignited、solvent free对比而言的,因为药典上有些计算值(比方说含量),它是要扣除一些杂质的,包括有机、无机以及挥发性的物质等,如含量标准项下常见的是:
XX contains not less than 98.5 percent and not more than 101.5 percent of YY, calculated on the anhydrous basis.
XX contains not less than 98.0 percent and not more than 102.0 percent of YY, calculated on the anhydrous, solvent-free basis.
所以第一句我把它翻译为:除另有规定外,专论中的所有计算值采用原样计算。
也就是说没有上面那种红色文字或其它的规定,测定结果就不需要扣除那些有机无机杂质了。
