2.1 实验结果
用固相微萃取处理现场样品,简单方便,灵敏度高,有利于香气化合物的提取。但由于是现成烹饪过程提取,时间有限,所以峰不是很大。和烹饪完成后的完整菜再提取相比,化合物略微少些。如果使用收集烹饪过程的香气,再进行富集热脱附分析的效果可能会更好,但收集难度可能比较大些,不易操作。
固相微萃取的萃取头在进样口自动经过解析后,进入GC进行分离。用一根毛细管通过分流器分流后分别进入MSD和FID。这样一次同时得到总离子色谱图TIC和FID色谱图两个结果,方便定性和定量。即用GC-MS的TIC定性,GC-FID定量。同时得到TIC和FID的色谱图(见图1,2):
